We are looking for a WordPress Developer Trainee who has basic knowledge of WordPress and is eager to build practical skills in Elementor, Gutenberg, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). This role is suitable for an entry-level candidate who wants to develop their WordPress development skills through hands-on projects and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing WordPress websites using Elementor.
- Build and edit pages using the WordPress Gutenberg Block Editor.
- Build and customize basic page sections and layouts under guidance.
- Learn and work with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to create dynamic content.
- Assist with customizing WordPress themes and templates.
- Convert basic Figma/UI designs into responsive WordPress pages.
- Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Manage WordPress pages, posts, menus, media, and content.
- Assist with plugin installation and configuration.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic WordPress and Elementor issues.
- Follow development guidelines and learn clean coding practices.
- Work with senior developers and designers to complete assigned tasks.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of WordPress.
- Basic familiarity with Elementor / Elementor Pro.
- Basic familiarity with the Gutenberg / WordPress Block Editor.
- Basic understanding or learning experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript and PHP is preferred.
- Basic understanding of responsive web design.
- Willingness to learn WordPress themes, plugins, templates, and hooks.
- Basic understanding of Git is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and debugging mindset.
Good to Have:
- Experience with custom WordPress theme development.
- Experience with Custom Post Types (CPT) and taxonomies.
- Experience with WooCommerce.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Figma and design handoff.
- Basic understanding of website performance optimization.
- Experience with WordPress security and best practices.

Job Details:
- Office workdays: Sunday to Thursday (5 Days); subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
