Notionhive is looking for a Senior Visualizer / Associate Art Director who can develop creative concepts, visual identities, and engaging designs for different brands. The role requires strong visual sense, creativity, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful designs across digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts and visual directions for brands and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Conceptualize and design engaging animations and motion graphics for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, videos, and presentations.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT) to speed up ideation, visual exploration, and production, while keeping output original and on-brand.
- Design and maintain brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, icons, illustrations, and marketing collateral.
- Guide and review the work of junior designers to keep quality and consistency high.
- Present concepts and final work to clients and account managers.
- Prepare print-ready layouts and digital assets.
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, photographers, developers, and client service teams.
Skills and Experience:
- 4-5+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction, including logo design and brand guidelines.
- Proven hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional creative workflow.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Strong visual design skills with a clean, modern aesthetic and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of branding and how color, shape, imagery, and typography shape perception.
- Ability to sketch ideas by hand and work with a graphic tablet.
- Creative problem-solving and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Portfolio link required (Behance, Dribbble, Google Drive, or Dropbox), ideally showing AI-assisted work.

Job Details:
- Office workdays: Sunday to Thursday (5 Days); subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
