Senior SEO Expert
Notionhive Bangladesh is looking for a skilled and driven Senior SEO Expert to join our team. Job Responsibilities
- Backlink Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Research and identify potential websites for backlink opportunities.
- Create personalized outreach campaigns to secure high-quality backlinks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and influencers.
- Maintain an organized database of outreach efforts and results.
- Client Interaction & Reporting:
- Schedule, organize, and conduct regular client meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and goals.
- Highlight the value and ROI of SEO activities to demonstrate the effectiveness of strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and performance reports tailored to client needs.
- SEO Strategy Development & Execution:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Perform comprehensive website audits and recommend improvements for SEO performance.
- Understand and apply technical SEO concepts to optimize website performance and ranking.
- Content Collaboration:
- Develop content outlines and collaborate on content creation to ensure alignment with SEO strategies.
- Provide recommendations to improve content for better user engagement and search engine visibility.
Skills and Experience
- At least 2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong Knowledge of backlink strategies and relationship-building techniques.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- In-depth understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page SEO practices.
- Proficiency in conducting keyword research and website audits.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Understanding of content creation and optimization processes.

Job Details
- Office workdays: Sunday to Thursday (5 Days); subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
- Office working hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (1 Hour Break).
- Office location: Uttara
