Business Development Executive
Notionhive Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive/ Senior Executive to join our Business Development team. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients in the IT industry.
- Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to expand the client base.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and develop tailored IT solutions to address their business objectives.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations of our IT services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and collateral.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the sales strategy.
Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the IT sector.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 year of proven track record in the following area(s): B2B sales in the IT/ITES sector, Corporate Sales & Marketing (experience with digital agencies is a plus)
- Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, IT consulting, and managed services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Job details
- Office workdays: Sunday to Thursday (5 Days); subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
- Office working hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (1 hour break)
- Office location: Uttara
- Salary range: 35,000-50,000 (depending on experience)
