Notionhive Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive/ Senior Executive to join our Business Development team. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients in the IT industry.
  • Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to expand the client base.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored IT solutions to address their business objectives.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations of our IT services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and collateral.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the sales strategy.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the IT sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 year of proven track record in the following area(s): B2B sales in the IT/ITES sector, Corporate Sales & Marketing (experience with digital agencies is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, IT consulting, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Job details

  • Office workdays: Sunday to Thursday (5 Days); subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
  • Office working hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (1 hour break)
  • Office location: Uttara
  • Salary range: 35,000-50,000 (depending on experience)
