Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing)
Notionhive Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive to join our Sales & Partnerships team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our Marketing Services, specifically in the digital marketing and video domains. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients in the digital marketing and video industry.
- Proactively generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to expand the client base.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to address their marketing objectives.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations of our digital marketing and video services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and collateral.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the sales strategy.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in the digital marketing or media industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and video production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Job Details
- Office location: Uttara, Dhaka
- Workdays: Sunday to Thursday (5 days)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1 Hour Break)
- Salary: Negotiable
