Senior Project Manager, Technology

Notionhive is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multiple web and software projects across diverse clients and industries. This is a critical leadership role for someone with a proven ability to manage complex deliverables under pressure, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure excellence across timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend meetings and work directly with clients and manage primarily web/app projects and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients and carefully evaluate their ideas and requirements.
• Engage in out-of-the-box thinking with clients to generate ideas that best capture desired visual and content elements.
• Collaborate with content strategists, UI/UX Designers and Developers to design and develop websites/apps that communicate content and ideas put forward by customers.
• Manage a team, run projects and provide guidance to the team on project direction.
• Delegate design and development tasks.
• Ensure service level agreements for individual projects.
• Lead web and app design and development projects and/or marketing retainer relationships for clients.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance tasks are being on projects, including, but not limited to security and updates. 
• Lead SCRUMs and status meetings, maintaining strong documentation and progress tracking
• Drive continuous learning, process improvement, and best practice adoption within the team.

Educational Requirement

• Graduates from any discipline (Preferably from CSE)

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing technology projects in an IT farm/ Software Company.
• SCRUM Master or PMP certification highly preferred
  
• Experience managing and leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including coordinating and supervising resources.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to produce results within tight timeframes across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of user experience including best practices.
• Experience in developing requirements and selecting the technologies required.
• A self-driven individual that enjoys being part of a collaborative, strategic process.
• Excellent communication skills; able to communicate verbally, orally, and visually with diverse customers who possess varying levels of technical proficiencies.
• Strong command over project management tools (ClickUp/ Trello/ Jira, etc.)
• Ability to confidently present work and maintain receptiveness to constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A calm, proactive problem solver who thrives under pressure

Job Details

• Office workdays: Sunday to Thursday (5 Days); subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
• Office working hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm; subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
• Office location: Uttara
