At Notionhive, our technology team is known for delivering world-class User Experience (UX) design along with cutting-edge websites, mobile applications, and custom software solutions for global clients. We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between clients and our UX/design and development teams, ensuring smooth delivery of impactful digital projects.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for website, mobile app, and software projects.
- Support in preparing basic Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and notes from client meetings.
- Help in understanding business processes and identifying simple gaps or issues.
- Work closely with UX/design and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Support project managers in tracking project updates and preparing reports.
- Participate in meetings, requirement discussions, and testing (UAT) sessions.
- Learn how to create presentations and documentation for project communication.
- Gain knowledge of industry trends, UX collaboration, and digital product development.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or final semester) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in Business Analysis, UX, or Technology.
- Expert in Documentation and Presentation
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of SDLC or Agile is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, ClickUp, or Trello is a plus (not mandatory).
- Good Understanding of AI usage
- Should be a good listener and have the ability to follow instructions.

Job Details
- Office workdays: Sunday to Thursday (5 Days); subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
- Office working hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (1 hour break)
- Office location: Uttara.
- Salary range: BDT 8000
