Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify high-potential leads through market research, industry networks, and digital platforms.
  • Leverage your existing professional connections to unlock new opportunities.
  • Actively generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, social media activity, and networking.

Client Engagement

  • Build meaningful relationships with prospects; understand their needs, challenges, and buying motivations.
  • Schedule, organize, and participate in discovery meetings with potential clients.
  • Maintain warm relationships for long-term business opportunities.

Networking & Social Presence

  • Build and maintain a strong personal network across industries relevant to digital and technology services.
    Confidently represent Notionhive in meetings, events, and casual networking environments.
  • Stay active on Facebook and LinkedIn to enhance visibility, initiate conversations, and support lead-generation efforts.

Sales Support & Outreach

  • Assist in sales planning, research, and proposal coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies and messaging.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients and prospects, tracking needs and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with teams to address customer issues and ensure smooth communication.
  • Conduct regular client or market visits to build trust and strengthen relationships.
  • Gather and share customer feedback, competitor insights, and market intelligence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales within IT/ITES, SaaS, software, or digital marketing sectors.
  • Strong existing network with the ability to nurture and convert connections into business opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication skills—confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with people at all levels.
  • Strong proficiency in English; capable of writing clear emails and persuasive outreach messages.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and basic understanding of CRM or pipeline management.
  • Quick learner with a passion for sales, self-motivation, and a goal-driven mindset.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.

Additional requirements:

  • Outspoken, socially confident, and able to build rapport in any environment.
  • Active on social media—especially Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and familiarity with local market dynamics.
