Prior to the redesign, users frequently encountered navigation challenges and found key academic and administrative information scattered across various pages. The project began with a comprehensive user research phase, including a survey of over 800 university community members—students, faculty, and administrative staff. The findings underscored several usability pain points, including limited mobile responsiveness and unclear content pathways.
