Senior Manager of Sales and Partnerships
Notionhive Bangladesh is looking for a results-driven and experienced professional to join our Sales & Partnerships team as a Senior Manager. This is a key leadership role focused on scaling B2B sales, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth—particularly in the marketing-tech, digital services, and ITES sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales and partnership opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Sales Strategy & Support: Collaborate on sales planning, segmentation, and execution strategies.
- Client Engagement: Conduct discovery meetings, understand client needs, and nurture lasting partnerships.
- Sales Target Ownership: Take full ownership of achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Team Collaboration: Manage and guide junior team members; align with internal teams for smooth execution.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain pipeline visibility and deliver market and performance insights.
- Market Visits: Maintain regular field visits to foster relationships, close deals, and gather market intelligence.
Who We’re Looking For
- 5–6 years of success in B2B sales (preferably in marketing-tech, digital, or ITES sectors)
- Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding revenue targets and managing a sales pipeline
- Hands-on experience leading or mentoring a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confident in cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and CRM tools
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and high accountability

Job Details
- Office workdays: Sunday to Thursday (5 Days); subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
- Office working hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm; subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
- Office location: Uttara
- Salary range: Negotiable
